Recycled Diaper Box

Hi I made this box for my son's room on day, because I really didn't liked just having the Huggies box laying in his room like that and having it on the closet was just a waste of space. This is a really easy (would be awesome project for kids too) and fast project and I used basic materials. Hope you like it.

Materials:
An empty box of diapers or wipes ( you can use whatever box you like)
Diapers( you can also use cloth diapers) and a cute cuddly toy or any kind you want for the top of the box. I choose Tigger because I have collected them for a long time so it was natural to decorate my son's room with it.
Colored paper and transparent tape ( you can also use fabrics to cover it)
Steps:
The first thing you have to do is to get the lids of the box inside, it will give it more strength to it.
Now start covering the box with the colored paper (or fabric)  and secure it with the tape.
Once your box is covered add some tape to the lids to secure them and prevent the diapers from getting stuck.
Now you have to secure your toy on the top of the box I used tape since my son doesn't try to take it out, but you could try some hot glue or if you are using fabric some velcro.
And there you have it just add your diapers and it will be an awesome decoration for your baby's room. You can even turn it horizontally and make a book box for older kids.
Thanks for reading, xoxo!

  1. Hi,

I'm doing a round-up of DIY projects to do with a diaper box on Disney Baby and wondered if I could include yours. I'd use on photo with credit and link back to your full post. Is that okay?

    Thanks!
