Day 42: Mean Husband (challenge day:1)

This is the first day our DIWU (Drop it with us) Challenge, it was hard but I feel so much better, keep reading for the full scoop on my almost pretty healthy day.

 This is a quick recap of day one. This day I started with Jillian Michaels 30 days shred and all I have to say is OMG! I love the video it kicks your butt so hard (and the rest of your body too haha)
But after all that workout i feel so energized, I don't know what is going on it gave me energy and felt great, yay.

And apparently is such a good entertaining for my son, he was smiling and laughing the whole video while having his breakfast. I guess there is something fun on watching your momma cry for help while doing a quick workout, LOL.

Once I was done with my workout I forgot I needed to weight myself and this is what is come out pretty ugly, but I'm going to change that number in the next day make it smaller.

 I had so much energy that I cleaned the house and had this fr breakfast, just a fiber cereal with frozen strawberries, yummy. This was also my dinner.

 Our food was pretty simple, just some steamed chicken with onions and broccoli with a bunch of salad on the side. I did use dressing but used a low fat Italian dressing and just 2 tablespoons and for our drink some fresh lemonade without sugar.

But also during the day I tried to drink lots of water in my BPA free bottle.

For my second workout I did 20 minutes in the treadmill the speed was 3 to 3.5 at some points.

And this is the music that I was listening while walking on Pandora.

My afternoon snack was oranges with Tajin on top just to add a little spiciness.

And everything was perfect until I saw my husband bought my weakness, how mean of him I know I have to be strong and all but I cheated :(
 I ate a small bowl of chips while we were watching a movie I know I should have resisted but I'm weak. I will make it up with tomorrow's workout, the good thing is that I didn't ate the whole bag like I usually do so half yay for me haha.
