Day 43: Legs on Fire (Challenge Day #2)

Today is day #2 and I feel so awful... Keep reading for more.

This day has been officially hard, even before I woke up I felt like I was a piƱata on a kids party. Everything hurts, I'm so sore I don't even want to move.

 But with a active toddler you kinda have to even tho you don't want to. We started our morning with a delicious breakfast. I made myself some scrambled eggs with red and green peppers and onions. And for my drink, a delicious berry smoothie without the bananas.

Our day was pretty busy, had to do one load of cloth diapers and since we were going to the laundry room we did a little walk to my mom's house.

When I got back I needed to star making the food while watching some YouTube videos, trying to catch up. I love to do this while I cook is pretty fun and makes the cooking a bit faster.
For our food we had the same than yesterday with rice and orange slices, it was delicious.

I did something not so smart, I started with the treadmill... oh no BIG MISTAKE!! I already had so much pain in my legs and I wanted to give up and in my brilliant mind thought "hey maybe if I start with the walking my muscles will warm up enough" HAHA yea right buddy!!

By the time I was finished I decided to go ahead to do the 30 days shred, funny right. In the middle of the video I felt like I was going to die! My legs, arms and belly was killing me so much pain. I managed to finish the video but gosh that was hard I even yelled YAY when I was done.

At the end of the day I just wanted some yummy chocolate but I resisted and instead I had an orange and some oatmeal with berries thanks to the girls from the group, you girls helped stay away from my cravings.
