Day 44: Almost healthy (Challenge Day #3)

I been feeling so lazy lately, I guess is the amount of things I have to do that I feel overwhelmed and annoyed that there is not enough hours in the day.

This day I kinda slowed down, I had a yummy and "healthy" breakfast. I was feeling pretty hungry so decide to have cereal with oranges and strawberries.

And as everyday lots of water and water in my favorite bottle.

 Our Food was half and half healthy, I know rice is not the healthiest thing out there but we are going to start buying brown and reduce the portions, remember this is a work in progress not one drastic thing.

For our drink was the same lemonade without sugar is starting to grow more on me is fresh and delicious and after a while I have no desire for soda, so that is a yay.

 Lately I've been working out in the night and I don't think that is a good idea because makes me so lazy and I've been skipping walking which I'm starting to regret makes me feel so goo, hopefully tomorrow I will able to do it.
