Toddler Crafts #01: Bunnies and Carrots.

As a stay at home mom I'm always looking for ways to keep my toddler entertained and help him develop his creativity. My son is 2 years old and he loves to play and explore as most two year old do.

So I decided to create this series on my YouTube channel called Toddler Crafts, where I will be posting our videos about this and in this blog I will share the patterns and printables.

Our first project started with some Easter themed decorations for our fridge. Is a cute way to have some kid friendly decorations and also promote confidence in your little ones when they see their work displayed in one of the most important areas of the house.

For this project we are going to start with really basic and handy materials. I don't want the projects to be an expense more. I love re-purposing items that I have in my house.

Before I had my son I used to buy colored paper for different projects. All those materials were just pilled in a box without any good use, so I decided to work with them in a good creative way, that is going to help my son develop and have fun at the same time.

For this project you are going to need:
-Paper in the following colors (can be either card stock paper or regular):  white, orange, green, pink and blue.
-Wiggly eyes
-Magnets (optional)

Now just have fun and start crafting. Is a perfect time to spend some quality time with your kids and teach them how to work on skills that are going to help them in the future.

Here is my little one working on his project and learning how to glue. We loved to do this and can't wait to work on our next project. Below is the video in case you want to watch it, ring your little ones to watch it too they are going to love it.

Thanks for reading my blog, don't forget to follow us for more crafts and recipes, xoxo.
