Ganache Cupcakes, seriously so delicious from Jojo Bakes


Have I mentioned how much I love cupcakes? 
Well I do they are cute, sweet and pretty awesome and I have found ones that I totally LOVE because they have so much chocolate and they look cuter.


And for these babies you are going to need the following ingredients:


Ingredients:
-1 package (18-1/4 ounces) Duncan devil's food cake mix
-1 cup (8 ounces) of sour cream
-12 tablespoons of milk (MUST be at room temperature)
-3 eggs (MUST be at room temperature
-1/3 cup canola oil
-1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
-1 cup of miniature semisweet chocolate chips

GANACHE:
-1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
-1/2 cup of HEAVY whipping cream
-1 tablespoon of butter

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, sift the cake mix and combine with sour cream, milk, eggs, oil and vanilla. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. With a Spatula mix in a miniature chocolate chips into your cupcake batter.

Pour batter into cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool the cupcakes for 10 minutes before removing from pans. Then let them cool completely before dipping into the ganache.

For the ganache, place the chocolate chips in a small bowl. In a small sauce pan, bring heavy whipping cream to a boil. Pour over chocolate chips and whisk until smooth. Stir in butter, refrigerate for 1-2 minutes and dip cooled cupcakes into the ganache. Once you finish dipping all 24 cupcakes into ganache, place them in the refrigerator before you frost.




 That simple and if you can find a cute helper like mine they are going to be way better hehehe.
