Chicken Buffalo Wings, Healthier Version

Trying to eat healthy can be a little challenging when it comes to cravings. And oh boy! If I have some, specially for hot wings. This is why I experimented and came up with a "healthier" version which amazingly turned out so delicious.

This recipe was improvised, I had no idea what I was going to cook for dinner after work the only thing I knew is that I didn't want to spend a long time prepping and cooking. Thankfully this is recipe takes about 30 minutes to put all together.

-1 cup almond flour
-2 tbsp garlic powder
-1 tbsp  garlic salt
-1/2 tbsp salt
-1/2 tbsp pepper
-Olive oil
-Ranch (optional)
-Wings sauce
-Carrots and Celery

1. In a bowl mix the almond flour, chili powder, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Set aside for a minute and season the chicken and toss it in the flour mix until completely covered with it.
2. Pre- heat oven at 400º.
3. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a pan and sear the chicken for a minute on each side and transfer to a baking safe dish. Place in the oven for 15 minutes or until is cooked.
4. Serve with the carrots and celery and use the ranch and sauce to dip.

Here is the video recipe, don't forget to check the rest of my videos for my ideas.

Now open a beer, wine or have a nice iced cold tea and enjoy! There is no excuse to eat healthier and enjoy the things you like and crave. It is all about finding a better option to the meals you want.
